Refund Policy

Simple, transparent, and fair.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging condition.
  • Includes the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or opened.
  • Individual sample or trial products.
  • Products purchased during "Final Sale" events.

The Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at inkbliss54@gmail.com. We will review your case and send a replacement at no extra cost if it qualifies.
